In the recent years, new little members have joined us bringing in a lot of happiness and creativity: Roc, Rai and Júlia. Today we want to introduce our latest addition to you: Pol Molero, a friendly and determined little boy coming with the freshness of summer to wish you all happy holidays.
TAB is a company where most of the staff are women, working women facing the challenge of reconciling work and family life. And this is not always easy in Market Research. For our Project Managers it can be complicated to manage stressful projects with last-minute changes, as well as for our Moderators, who have to spend day-long marathons away from home quite often.
However, we feel completely satisfied that we have been able to develop a company project where we can implement our values and respect the experience of motherhood above all things. It’s not easy, but we are definitely happy that we can enjoy fulfilling work and family lives.
